Positive: Room is very clean and very quiet, good location, Francesco is very nice and thoughtful. He prepared a welcome package with pasta, fruit, and wine for us. He is tech savvy and no problem for people who don’t speak Italian.
Negative: Nothing I can think of
Summary: The experience exceeds my expectations. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Venice
